Implementation is a straightforward process that occurs in two phases: Build and Scale
Build (9-14 weeks): Three all-day meetings to lay the foundation, vision and goal-setting process with a core focus on the concepts, tools and disciplines of the system as we tailor and implement your BOS.
Scale (11-13 Months): Two quarterly all-day sessions and one 2-day annual session with core focus on leadership, management, teamwork, and healthy accountability.
