Catalyst Insights Partners is a 2025 rebrand and expansion of Khoury Consulting, which I founded in 2005. For over 20 years, I've partnered with CEOs and founders, primarily in the automotive OEM ecosystem, to guide high-stakes decisions and drive meaningful change.

My background is unusual for this work: I've built a company from the ground up, and I've built business units inside Fortune 500 organizations. Few advisors have real operating experience on both sides of that line, the speed and scrappiness of building something new, and the scale and complexity of operating inside a large organization. That combination is exactly what's needed when leaders are navigating genuine high-stakes decisions.

Before founding Catalyst Insights Partners, I was Director of Data & Analytics at KPMG, and I founded Shoptelligence, a venture-backed AI company in home furnishings retail, and sold it in 2026. My background also spans corporate and technology law. I describe myself as a former CEO, strategist, attorney, data scientist, and operator, because the work I do now draws on all of it.

Strategy only works with buy-in you can't mandate. That belief shapes everything we do: we don't chase compliance, we build the consensus, the analytics, and the organizational design that let leaders and their networks move together and realize the results they're after.
