Throughout her career, Laura has developed decision models for $100M+ strategic initiatives, led large-scale transformation programs, post-merger integrations, and divestiture carve-outs, and helped business divisions of Fortune 500 companies and mid-market organizations in automotive, retail, and technology capitalize on emerging technologies and new business models to drive growth, resulting in multiple large-scale lines of business.

As the founder and CEO of Shoptelligence, a venture-backed AI technology company born from one of her decision models, Laura gained firsthand experience in scaling an AI idea into a multi-million-dollar business. She led every aspect of the company’s growth, including establishing the strategy, building the team, securing funding, developing the product, and implementing a scalable operating system that aligned strategy, execution, and culture. That experience gave her a deep understanding of what it takes to turn vision into execution and create sustainable momentum.

In 2025, Laura relaunched Khoury Consulting, which has advised Fortune 500 and mid-market clients since 2005, as Catalyst Insights Partners to build the partner she once needed as a CEO: one who could provide objective clarity, challenge assumptions, model trade-offs, and align teams to move decisively toward ambitious goals and sustain momentum that creates lasting value.
