Meet the Founder
Laura Khoury is a former CEO, strategist, data scientist and operator who has built and scaled multi-million-dollar businesses from the ground up. With a background in strategy consulting, analytics, organizational design, and law, Laura brings a rare blend of boardroom insight and in-the-trenches experience.
In 2025, she relaunched Khoury Consulting, which has served as a strategic and hands on advisor for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients since 2005, as Catalyst Insights Partners to be the partner she needed as a CEO — someone who could provide objective clarity, challenge her thinking, model trade-offs, and help the team get aligned and moving.
Over the years, she's distilled what works into a set of practical guides and self assessments, and workshops leaders can use immediately to accelerate value creation.
